New Owner Home Orientation
Before you take possession of your new home a Townline customer service representative will conduct a complete walk-through of your investment. You'll get a complete orientation so that you can enjoy your home to the fullest. We'll provide special instructions or precautions regarding appliances and other home systems, and tips on safety and maintenance. At that time, we'll help you inspect every room noting deficiencies or items requiring repair. Townline will attend to any deficiencies ASAP.
Townline Homeowner's Manual
Your Townline Homeowner's Manual is your prime source for comprehensive information on your new home - from emergency procedures to cleaning instructions. It also includes a summary of warranty coverage and details on our Customer Service program.
Every Townline home is protected by a 10-year warranty program provided by Travelers Insurance Company. This coverage is approved under B.C.'s Homeowner Protection Act.
The warranty includes the following coverage:
- 2 year coverage for materials, workmanship, and major systems
- 5 year coverage for the building envelope
- 10 year coverage for structural defects
