With this letter I would hereby like to compliment one of your employees, Mike Mallard,  for the excellent service he provided me a few weeks ago in regards to our first year home warranty for your Oxford Lane project.

Mike was extremely polite, punctual and professional.  He dealt with the deficiencies in my unit in an efficient manner while respecting our privacy and time, he went above and beyond in his service while also giving us many great tips on home maintenance.

Thomas, Oxford Lane

I would like to thank you and your co-workers here as you are very professional. Especially Mike, I told him my unit has dripping water from the roof top when he was fixing the garage wall for me one month ago. The dripping problem I had reported to property manager at Oct, 2016 but did not get any reply from him. Mike put that in mind and asked someone to fixed that for me couple days ago without my request for the builder. And also thank you to come to my unit and explain all the issues to me.

Yanjing, Oxford Lane

Michael is the best customer service technician we ever come across in Richmond. He warms our heats in the long cold winter. He showed up at every service to explain to us what might be wrong with the heat pump and the following up actions. He truly understands the grave situation and the frustration of the Bai family. He is always patient, helpful and friendly. Michael is so nice that he does not mind our calling him during holidays, weekends, and after office hours. He always returns our call promptly, offering expertise advice and arranging repair service when needed.

Wei Bai, Roger Au and Cathy Au, Oxford Lane

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mike, for the excellent service he provided me in my 2 year warranty service request. He not only fixed the issues but gave me valuable tips to keep my home in top notch shape.

Marc, The Grove

We purchased a condominium at 999 Seymour one and half years ago and remain very happy with the choice. The experience was favourable from the beginning. Townline’s staff was quick to deal with minor deficiencies in a pleasant and efficient manner. The building experienced problems with the operation of the elevator around a year ago. Townline stayed on the issue until it was completely resolved, a indication to me that they stand by their product and their clients. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy into another Townline project.

Gail Marchuck, 999 Seymour

There is no comparison to the breathtaking views of Mount Baker or the colourful sunrises. Whether I am jogging on the green belt trails or chatting up the neighbours at the park; I am delighted to call Clayton Rise home.

If you are looking to get in the market for the first time, downsizing or like us looking for more space; there is something for everyone in Clayton Rise. Maybe I’ll see you around.

Sincerely Your Future Neighbour,

Shannon Cupskey, Clayton Rise
