Site preparation has been underway for a while for Hudson One condo building
The construction start of Vancouver Island’s future tallest building is only weeks away, Citified has learned.
Townline Homes presented Mayor Malcolm Brodie with a cheque for over $46,000 for the City of Richmond’s affordable housing reserve.
The money was donated from assignment fees from Calla at The Gardens.
Townline has confirmed that a revised design for its Hudson Place One project has been submitted meeting the City’s maximum height requirement of 72 [meters]. Hudson Place One has now been reduced to 25-storeys while retaining the same architectural design language prominent in its first submission.
