Rebirth of Fantasy Gardens Begins On Monday city council endorsed a developer’s park plans for a portion of the former Fantasy Gardens theme park site. Townline Homes will dedicate the land, which is locked in the Agricultural Land Reserve, to the city as part of a large mixed-use development approved in principle in 2009. |
