Rick established Townline Homes in 1980 and under his direction, it has grown from a single family home builder to a diverse and respected player in the residential, commercial and mixed-use development industry in British Columbia. With projects throughout Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island, Rick’s keen sense of detail, creativity and desire for innovation is reflected in all of Townline’s developments.

Janice manages myriad layers of the Townline operations story, including finance and accounting, auditing, treasury and tax, and IT oversight. She believes that Townline’s size and culture offer the perfect balance: large enough for real impact, but with a team that still maintains close working relationships across all departments.

Chris has over 30 years of diversified real estate sales, leasing, marketing, property management and development experience in British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State. He oversees the development and implementation of all project activities for Townline, including planning, directing, monitoring and refining of policies, strategies and programs aimed at achieving the company’s overall revenue goals and targets for residential sales, property management and leasing.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Dan is responsible for raising debt and equity, financial planning, partnership reporting, and financial analysis to support investment and development projects. Prior to joining Townline in 2012, Dan served in senior corporate and business development roles with 2 public companies focused on real estate development. Dan is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator, and holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.

Kevin Brennan leads Townline’s in-house construction group with 37 years of experience in the industry. With a diverse background in wood-frame and concrete construction, lowrise to high-rise, residential and commercial and working with both private and non-profit groups, Kevin’s experience enables him to provide high quality construction services in a timely and professional manner.

Melanie has been delivering high-performance sales and leasing programs to developers across Canada since 2004, with deep experience in high density sites and every element of product definition and delivery to market.
